The kind of sizzling intensity which Loud Jam contains is both brutal while posing a seriously funky proposition. Tough, resolute beats and the crack of a heavy snare drum inform the groove as the pulse of Acid and whir of voices drifts over the arrangement, then contrasted beautifully by the warm haze of emotive pads. Operating under his TERMS guise Javier Carballo wastes no time in igniting all five senses with this heady array of differing styles all fusing fiercely on this excellent release. Each track sizzles with ideas from soaring synth lines to punchy Techno hits, imaginatively offset by deeper moods and atmospheres, producing standalone music that makes its presence felt in big proportions.
