This Must Be The Way rolls off the tongue, igniting the buzzing of electronic sounds, sharp percussion, and the breathy whirr of suggestive voices. A highly atmospheric piece of music that balances between music for the mind and for the dancefloor – without relying on the more obvious clichés. A great remix from Varhat complements the original with funky emphasis on rolling toms and increased use of spoken words.
Final Days creates a warmer undercurrent with background pads while offering a wide range of carefully crafted sounds that evoke atmospheres. This release is enhanced by an equally excellent Audio Werner Remix, building up an intensity of drums and a stereo of synths alongside pounding yet sensual bass to celebrate this tenth vinyl release from the label.
