Greg Fenton reviews Justin Strauss – Restart – hfn music
Restart is serious business — no frills, just intensity. The message hits as hard as the music, carried not only by the sound but by the dialogue that frames it like prophecy, a reminder that you’re meant to act, not just listen.
Driven by gritty bass and sizzling drums, it feels both fiercely new and like a plea that’s been echoing for years. In many ways, it’s more incendiary than anything, or anyone, else right now. As the man once said: essential.
