Valya Kan – When The Stars Were Big – mst 44 16

Everything feels loud on When The Stars Were Big like emotions depended on it. I love the soaring yet edgy defiance ingrained within the roaring keys, igniting heady atmospheres as its provocative, pounding drums proceed to fuel the fire. It’s cinematic in so far as it suggests pictures, perhaps longed after memories, or the warmth of loss, connecting blissful awareness together with the exhilaration of tomorrow never ends.
