Animated by the distinctive language of electrical disturbance, this brilliantly fiery production signposts all manner of illicit scenarios in its wake. Driven by an excitable pulse of originality, commanding tribal drums set the pace alongside smouldering, suggestive vocals, chunky bass and a dazzling array of mood-enhancing synthesiser’s, at times stabbing, at others whirring with atmospheric intent. It’s an intoxicating combination that sounds very much like the right place to be.
